Welcome to Plus-Size Rider Guide for Universal Orlando!
Welcome to your ultimate guide for plus-size riders at Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure! Our goal is to provide information and recommendations for those who may have concerns about ride accessibility, seating, and comfort. We want to ensure you have the best experience possible while visiting Universal Orlando Resort.
General Advice for Plus-Size Guests
TRY the actual ride when possible. Some guests find they can ride the attraction itself even if the test seats outside do not accommodate them. Test seats often become inaccurate due to wear and exposure to Florida’s extreme heat.
However, we understand that some guests prefer not to risk being walked off a ride. To assist with this, we provide images of ride seats, test seats, and restraint types so you can make an informed decision.
Modified seating is available on select rides. If you need more room, request a seat with modified restraints or designated ADA seating.
Lockers may be required for loose articles. For rides with intense motion, you may need to store belongings in free or paid lockers.
